CCM Extreme Flex III Pro Senior Goalie Blocker

New for 2017, CCM has re-engineered their Extreme Flex line and has released the brand new Extreme Flex III Goalie Blocker. The Extreme Flex III blocker has a brand new style of finger protection aimed to further protect the inside of the hand and give the goalie the confidence they need when gripping their stick.

Building on the already classic and popular feel of the EF2 blocker, the EF3 offers the best combination of feel and protection. The EF3 blocker has a thick HD board directly over the back of the hand which allows for pucks to redirect to the corner or glass with force. The new curved finger protection is a longer index finger piece which covers more of the opening where the stick sits in the sidewall. This piece is engineered to give maximum coverage on the stick and index finger to prevent any pucks from riding up the paddle into the finger, while still creating maximum movement and mobility to put the stick and blocker into the right position.

On top of this entire finger protection is a strip of CCM’s proprietary D3O material covering the entire index finger in case any pucks may ride up the stick. The palm of the blocker utilizes CCM’s Suregrip material, offering a greater resistance to wear and keeping the hand tight on the stick due to its gripper nature.

Compared to the E3.9 Senior goal bocker, the Extreme Flex III Pro will feature higher quality construction with higher grade materials in both the outer materials and interior core.
